Another distant relative was in contact yesterday, on the EPHGRAVE side. It's great to receive messages and share research with others. So now I have a little more information about my great-great grandfather Jesse EPHGRAVE and his son Edward, who in turn had a son Arthur. It's his son who has been in touch. We seem to have followed similar research routes, but hopefully have some information to share on our separate branches. I think we are second cousins once removed (thank goodness for family tree software that calculates these kinds of things!). And who knows, this branch of the family may have a photo of my great-grandad Frederick EPHGRAVE (Frederick HIPGRAVE SCRIVENER). The photo here is one supplied by another cousin, although it's not definitely identified. Do you recognise him from your family tree?!
